Daqing Zhang
Professor, Peking University, China/IP Paris, France | IEEE Fellow
Introduction:
Daqing Zhang(IEEE Fellow)  is a Chair Professor with Peking University, China and IP Paris, France. His research interests include ubiquitous computing, mobile computing, big data analytics and AIoT. He has published more than 300 technical papers in leading conferences and journals, where his work on OWL-based context model and Fresnel Zone-based wireless sensing theory are widely accepted by pervasive computing, mobile computing and service computing communities.  He has been the winner of the Ten Years CoMoRea Impact Paper Award at IEEE PerCom 2013 and Ten Years Most Influential Paper Award at IEEE UIC 2019, the Best Paper Award Runner-up at ACM MobiCom 2022, the Distinguished Paper Award of IMWUT (UbiComp 2021), Honorable Mention Award at ACM UbiComp 2015 and 2016, etc.. He served as the general or program chair for more than a dozen of international conferences, and in the advisory board of Proceeding of ACM IMWUT. Daqing Zhang is a Fellow of IEEE and Member of Academy of Europe.

Qiang Yang
Professor, Zhejiang University, China
Introduction:
Qiang Yang (M'03-SM'18) received Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Queen Mary, University of London, London, U.K., in 2007 and worked in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London, U.K., from 2007 to 2010. He visited the University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria Canada as a visiting scholar in 2015 and 2016. He is currently a full Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, and has published more than 240 technical papers, filed 60 national patents, co-authored 2 books, and edited 2 books and several book chapters. His research interests over the years include smart energy systems, large-scale complex network modeling, control and optimization, learning based optimization and control. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), a Senior Member of IEEE, IET and the Senior Member of China Computer Federation (CCF).

Farhan Ullah
Assoc. Professor, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China
Introduction:
FARHAN ULLAH is an Associate Professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. In 2020, he received a Doctor of Engineering in Computer Science (PhD) degree from the College of Computer Science at Sichuan University Chengdu, China. He is privileged to be ranked among the top 2% of scientists by Elsevier and Stanford University in 2023. He serves on the editorial boards and as an administrative member of various international journals and conferences. He received the Research Productivity Award (RPA) from COMSATS University Pakistan and the outstanding foreign faculty award from NPU in China. He was invited as a reviewer for several SCIE international journals, including IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, International Journal of Intelligent Systems, Computers & Security, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and others. He has published 50+ SCIE articles in several international journals. His research work has been published in various renowned journals of IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, MDPI, and Hindawi.
