Summary:
Intelligent technology is an application of scientific knowledge performing decision-making functions that would formerly have required human intervention, e.g., artificial intelligence. On the one hand, new scientific knowledge changes functioning of AI technology, in particular robotics. On the other hand, application of scientific knowledgeto intelligent technology leads to the systemic and institutional changes of science and education. This workshop calls for works demonstrating the most recent progress and contributions to change in science and education through AI and robotics. In particular, this workshop will focus on the follows. (1) AI based decisions in scientific researches and organization of science. (2) Prospects of robotics and sophistications of AI implementation in decision-making functions optimization in science and education. (3) Social sciences and Humanities in value analysis of human-AI-robotics teamwork. This workshop especially encourages applications of scientific and learning techniques that make intelligent technology in science and educatuin practical.
DSc Mykhailo Boichenko works as professor at the Department of Theoretical and Practical Philosophy, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. He is also providing researcher at the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. His main research interests are Theory of Social Systems and Value and functional analysis based on Systems approach, institutional analysis of community functioning, Philosophy of Education. He is the Editor-in-chief of Philosophy of Education journal. Besides, he participated as a professor the Phd Education Programs in several academic institutions: National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". Moreover, he has published more than 250 papers, including on top international conferences and journals in recent years including IOP Conference Series, AIPConference Proceedings etc.

The author of more than 400 scientific papers (monographs, textbooks, chapters in scientific books, translations, scientific articles in domestic, foreign and international scientific journals) – including those represented in the international science-metric databases and international rankings of scientific citations
Research interests: institutional processes of globalization, AI, Intelligent Technology, geopolitics, social philosophy of education, philosophy of the systemic, international and administrative management, social philosophy of global social transformations.
Research activity is devoted to the analysis of contemporary institutional trends of globalization, geo-economics, geopolitics and international relations at various levels of self-organization, models of effective management systems development in the environment of the international community and global community, social-philosophical problems of international economics and international relations, internationalization and globalization of education assays, theorizing of critical philosophy of education, the conceptualization of modern social philosophy of education, philosophy of globalization, the study of the institutional dimension of global social transformation of social development, the formation of the author's model of «global integrative paradigm of social philosophy, education, training and management», the further development of the concept of global stages of social development and its components.
Field of research and research interests: institutional trends and social transformation and development of alternative globalization, the current world model of effective public and state management/self-management systems, civic problems and institutionalization of social engineering in social philosophy, social management and public self-conceptualization of the synergy model - communicative and dialogic education and multidisciplinary theory of education – educology – in the philosophy of education, modeling of the institutionalization of civil society development and systematic analysis of substantive, structural and functional characteristics of the institutional transformation of social and economic systems in the context of globalization.
Areas of analysis and quest of scientific research methodological bases –
1)modern concepts and schools of «social philosophy of education» and «critical philosophy of education»;
2) development of theoretical and practical models methodology of «deliberative management» in the philosophy of management;
3) The critical theory of socio-economic studies and formed on the basis of its social ontology of globalization and comparative analysis of non-classical concepts of the study of evolution, dynamics, and development of alternative institutions of socio-economic systems in the framework of globalization in the conceptions of depending («dependent development») and «peripheral capitalism», and conceptions of socio-cultural diffusion and hyper-diffusion, macro-social conceptions, theories of «late capitalism» and «post-imperialism», world-system theory;
4) The system processes and global civil institutionalization in the comprehension of methodological principles and ideas of «social deliberativity», «social subsidiarity», libertarian communitarianism

Doctor Philosophical Sciences Oleksandr Polishchuk works as Professor at the Department of Public Disciplines, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Khmelnytsky Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy, Ukraine. His main research interests are Social Philosophy, Philosophy of History, History of Philosophy, Philosophy of Education, Philosophy of Culture. He is the author of textbooks in philosophy and political science.Moreover, he has published more than 180 scientific publications, including on top international conferences and journals, which are included in the list of professional and scientometric editions in recent years.He is the member of scientific board of three professional journalsof Philosophy.
Doctor Ph.D. in Pedagogy Olena Polishchuk works as Associate Professor at the Department of Cultural Studies and Foreign Literature, Khmelnytsky Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy, Ukraine. Her main research interests are Anthropology, Gnosiology, Theory of Education, Philosophy of Culture, Philosophy of Language. She has published more than 70 scientific publications, including on top international conferences and journals, which are included in the list of professional and scientometric editions in recent years.
Serhii Myroshnychenko works as a senior lecturer at the Department of Management, Information-Analytical Activity and European Integration of the National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov, Ukraine.
His main research interests are personnel management, cognitive technologies in management, business processes in the organization, self-disintegration of social systems, disintegration processes in society. He was an expert in the QS World University Rankings (2022). He is the author of more than 50 reports, including at leading international conferences and journals.
Doctor Habilitated in Educational Sciences, Assoc. Prof. MariiaDebych is the head of the Department of Quality Assurance in Higher Educationat the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences (NAES) of Ukraine, Ukraine. Her main research interests are internationalization of higher education, quality and efficiency of higher education, intercultural competence. She is the author of 2 monographs on internationalization of higher education. In recent years, she has published more than 100 scientific publications, including on top international conferences and journals, which are included in the list of professional and scientometric editions.
Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Natalia Krokhmal works as a professor at the Department of Management, Information and Analytical Activities and European Integration of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Ukraine. He is also the head of the research laboratory "State and Public Administration of Education".
Her main research interests are education management, management of educational institutions, social responsibility, self-organization and self-regulation of social systems, sustainable development management, systems analysis in education management, network technologies in management, social philosophy, philosophy of history. She was an expert in the QS World University Rankings (2021, 2022). She was a member of the jury of the III and IV All-Ukrainian Student Tournament in Philosophy (2019, 2020). Under her supervision, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences "Network Space: Socio-Philosophical Analysis" (2013). He is the author of more than 150 reports, including at leading international conferences and journals.

Yurii Mielkov, Dr. Hab., Ph. D. in philosophy, Senior Researcher, is a senior research fellow at the Institute of Higher Education, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, and a philosopher and a scholar working in the areas of philosophy of science and humanities, philosophy of education, and philosophy of democracy. He is the author or co-author of four books, and the author of more than 180 articles on philosophy and methodology of the contemporary science, philosophy of politics, and higher education. Yurii has twenty years of experience in research and teaching.
Candidate of Political Science, Associate Professor Olha Vinnichuk, works in Department of Political Science and Philosophy Kamianets-Podіlskyi National University named after Ivan Ohiyenko.
Moreover, she had published more than 50 scientific publications, including on top international conferences and journals, which are included in the list of professional and scientometric editions in recent years.
Research interests: political risks of modern Ukrainian society; e-democracy and e-governance; information security.
