Title: Nature-inspired algorithms: improvements and applications
+ 更多
Keywords: Nature-inspired algorithms; swarm intelligence; multiple objective optimization; real-world engineering problems; benchmark functions
Summary:
Along with the development of science and technology, we human are understanding the world more deeply and thoroughly. To describe our understanding of the real-world problems, more and more complicate equations are formulated, and now most of them cannot be solved analytically. The nature-inspired algorithms are metaheuristic and would be an efficient way to solve them, either they are unimodal, multimodal, or multiple objective. Optimization algorithms, either global or multiple, have been the hot research spots in literature.
This workshop aims to bring together the research accomplishments provided by researchers from academia and the industry. The other goal is to show the latest research results in the field of nature-inspired algorithms and their application. We encourage prospective authors to submit related distinguished research papers on the subject of both: theoretical approaches and practical case reviews. Either the proposal of new algorithms, or their improvements are welcome, including their applications in all kinds of optimization problems.
