+ 更多
Keywords: High power vacuum electron devices, millimeter- and terahertz-wave oscillators, millimeter- and terahertz-wave amplifiers.
Summary:
The micro-, millimeter- and terahertz-wave technologies have various applications, including wireless communications, high-resolution radars, and Internet of Things (IoT). The micro-, millimeter- and terahertz-wave oscillators and amplifiers are one of the most important devices in these application systems. This workshop calls for works demonstrating the most recent progress and contributions to the micro-, millimeter- and terahertz-wave oscillators and amplifiers. In particular, this workshop will focus on the following topics. (1) High frequency oscillators and amplifiers based on the vacuum electron devices and their applications. (2) High frequency oscillators and amplifiers based on the solid-state electron devices and their applications.
