Summary:
The purposes are to investigate the problems and the solutions about securing data storage and queries in cloud-edge-collaborated sensor-cloud systems, including but not limited to the following topics: Secure architectures of the cloud-edge computing systems; secure tiered storage in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure fine-grained Top-k query processing in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure fine-grained skyline query processing in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure fine-grained kNN query processing in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure fine-grained range query processing in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure multi-keyword searching in the cloud-edge computing systems; secure unified query processing model in the cloud-edge computing systems.

Xinyang Normal University
Xingpo Ma received his bachelor's degree in electronic information engineering of Central South University, and master's degree and doctor's degree in computer application technology of Central South University. He has visited the federal Academy of science and research in Australia. He is now an associate professor in the school of computer and information technology of Xinyang Normal University. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, edge computing theory and architecture, and security problems in Internet of things. 
He was awarded the titles of "young backbone teacher of Xinyang Normal University", "Nanhu young scholar of Xinyang Normal University", and  "talent in short supply of Internet of things of Ministry of industry and information technology". He is now a member of China automation society. He has participated in 2 youth programs of NSFC as the main finisher, 2 general programs of NSFC of Henan Province as the host, and 1 overseas program of NSFC. He has published more than ten papers in “IEEE Transactions on circuits and systems I: regular papers”, “IEEE Transactions on computers”, “IEEE Internet of things journal”, “future generation computer systems”, “computer research and development” as well as some other important journals at home and abroad.
