Workshop 29: RF circuits and systems for 5G/6G application

Keywords: Circuitsand Systems, Multi-Mode, Microwave Passive Circuits, Power Amplifeirs, Linearization Techniques

Summary:
With the successful deployment of 5G communication systems, significant progress has been made in data capacity and service quality. At the same time, many countries and regions have already started pre-research on 6G communication. This workshop calls for works demonstrating the most recent progress and contributions to design methods of RF circuits and systems for 5G/6G application. This workshop will focus on but not limited to the following parts. (1) Multi-mode RF circuits and systems to promote the popularization of 5G/6G technology. (2) High performance microwave passive circuits including PCB filter,IPD filter, phase  shifter, multi-function microwave circuits  etc for the emerging 5G and beyond 5G communication technology (3) Novel deign methods for highly-efficient wideband and multi-band power amplifiers, including bandwidth extension and efficiency enhancement methods. (4) Linearization techniques of RF nonlinear circuits, including analog and digital predistortion methods.
